Refunds & Returns Policy

Section 44 of the ECT (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25, 2002) entitles the Purchaser to a cooling off period, allowing for cancellation of any sale concluded on this web site, within seven days of receipt of the goods purchased and receive a refund within thirty days of receiving such goods, excluding the return costs.

The refund will be subject to Camera Whizz receiving the goods unopened, undamaged and within the aforementioned seven-day period. In an attempt to avoid piracy and in accordance with Section 42(2) of the ECT Act 25, 2002 the abovementioned ‘cooling off period’ is not applicable for certain products, including DVD, CD recordings or computer software which have been opened or unsealed.

If certain products, including DVD’s, CD’s and computer software are returned due to product defect, they will be replaced with another copy of the same product, only if they are returned undamaged, within seven days of receipt of such defective product. Refunds will not be considered unless another copy of the same product is not available. Such defects will not include alteration, or incompatibility of the Purchaser’s hardware and the product purchased.

Should a product not be available for any reason after making a purchase on this web site, you will be notified and a full refund will be made within seven days of receiving your banking details.
