We, unfortunately, cannot conclude any transactions that require shipping to addresses that are not within the Republic of South Africa, nor do we accept foreign credit cards, unless prior written consent is provided by an authorised Camera Whizz employee.

Applicable Law

All transactions with the Camera Whizz (www.camerawhizz.co.za) website and it’s associated entities, will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By transacting with Camera Whizz or it’s associated entities you waive all rights you may have under the laws of any other country.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% VAT.

Delivery, packaging and insurance costs will be added to the advertised product price and are subject to changes without notice, as are Courier prices.

Payments can only be made with valid South African credit cards, or by EFT (Electronic funds transfer).

An Agreement of Sale will only become valid when funds are cleared into the Camera Whizz Bank Account and within five business days of the online transaction.

Camera Whizz reserves the right to cancel any transaction if funds are not cleared as stipulated above or for the purpose of preventing suspected fraud.

The following conditions will apply to all transactions:

• The estimated delivery date will be calculated from the first business day after funds have been cleared.
• The correct and full amount is to be paid in one transaction.
• With regard to EFT payments, the customer’s e-mail address is to be used as a reference in order to identify the payment.

Limitation of Liability

Camera Whizz does not accept liability beyond the Terms and Conditions stated herein, including, but not limited to, any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business or for lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support. Except as expressly provided herein, Camera Whizz will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any Third Party. The Purchaser agrees that should Camera Whizz accept liability related to damages to a purchased product, such liability or responsibility would be for no more than the invoiced amount of the product.

Delivery

Products purchased on this web site will be shipped within two business days of the purchaser’s payment having been cleared, if the items purchased are in stock; and within an estimated fourteen business days for items not in stock.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders that require shipping to destinations outside the borders of the Republic of South Africa.

Should a product that has been purchased and full payment made not be delivered within the specified period, or within 30 days where the period is not specified, the sale may be cancelled by giving seven days notice, by e-mail, to sales@camerawhizz.co.za

Delivery charges, which are subject to change without notice, are presently as follows:

• R30-00 for postal delivery: 3 to 7 days.
• R75-00 for counter to counter overnight speed service.
• R137-00 for counter to door overnight speed service.

Plus Insurance – 3% of value.

Courier: PostNet: Up to 1kg

• R130.00 to P.O. Box in Main Centres
• R145.00 to physical address in Main Centres
• R245.00 Regional

Plus Insurance – 5% of value Note: An additional R230.00 levy applies for courier deliveries to Mines, Power Stations, Townships, Chain Stores, Plots & Farms, Game Reserves and National Parks.
